1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Believers Games (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. We recommend keeping your login details secure and not sharing your account, so your progress and experience remain protected.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform respectfully and lawfully. This means you should not attempt to gain unauthorized access, use automated tools to interfere with the system, impersonate others, or engage in harmful or abusive behavior. You also agree not to exploit game mechanics unfairly. In short: treat others the way you’d want to be treated, and use the platform the way it was intended.

4. Content

All game content, Bible verse data, scoring systems, and platform features are the property of ShommyX Technologies Inc. or its content licensors. Bible text used within games is from publicly available translations. While you retain ownership of your personal profile information, we are granted permission to display it within the platform so the service can function properly.

5. Free Service

Believers Games is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features or subscription tiers in the future. Any such changes will be communicated in advance, and existing free features will continue to be available unless otherwise stated. If we introduce paid features in the future, our goal will always be to keep core gameplay accessible and fair for all users.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You may delete your own account at any time by contacting us at support@shommyx.com. We aim to take fair and reasonable action and will typically only suspend accounts in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we work hard to provide a reliable and enjoyable experience, the following legal limitations apply:

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ShommyX Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (which is $0 for free users).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
